These unique times require unique measures and responses from all of us. We wanted to let you know what our team is doing to ensure seamless and safe business operations in the wake of the rapidly evolving coronavirus situation. The health and safety of our team members, customers, colleagues, neighbors, and families, is our top priority, along with ensuring that you do not experience an interruption in the service we provide.
With mask mandates in Wisconsin and Minnesota, Green Oasis is requiring the use of protective facial coverings for all employees. As a company, we will follow this mandate and provide face masks, hand sanitizers, and soaps to our employees while continuing to follow the proper CDC guidelines. For the health and safety of our employees and customers, we are requiring the use of protective face coverings in our facilities (staff, vendors, and customers).
As allowed, our team will continue to service your properties. Many of you will be working from home or have children home from school; we ask that you open gates as necessary before our team’s arrival, and while we are on your property to remain indoors. If you need to speak to us, please follow the CDC’s recommendation of maintaining at least six feet of personal distancing for your safety and ours. For those of you who have requested paper invoices and statements, we will leave them at your door before departing. Now is a time for caution and prudence in our daily lives to keep one another safe and healthy.
Our Garden & Gift Boutique in the Eau Claire area is still offering online shopping, open-air shopping, curbside, and delivery service in Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Altoona, and Lake Hallie. Our in-store shopping has big posters at every entrance to the storefront, tape on the floor at the correct spacing, signs throughout the grounds about distancing, cleaning & disinfectant policies/procedures, sanitizer stations, plexiglass shields at the registers. Also, our dedicated staff is still on-site to continue our planting and nurturing.
